Troy is a classically trained and award-winning composer who strives to realize the aural vision of the filmmaker. His music has been placed in a variety of media including film, television, stage, audio dramas and video games. A versatile composer of many genres, he is often sought for a particular focus on the orchestral and orchestral-hybrid genres. He specializes in the darker realms of film but finds ways to bring light to darkness, beauty to horror and wonder to the dystopian realms his music lives in. He understands the role of a film score in that it is a tool to enhance the film as a whole, adding sonic depth to the story and emotion portrayed visually through music.
